McNabb is a free agent after this year and will come to the Vikes in the offseason.

And the media is creating this frenzy…not Brett.

Favre is in the entertainment business, and he’s very effective. I’m entertained. Plus, he’s a great quarterback too! Best season in a loooooooong time last year. This season should be pretty good too. I look forward to watching Favre win, and until then, I’m enjoying the circus.

And the media is creating this frenzy…not Brett.

Favre leaks stories to the media, but pretends that he has no idea that what he says in the moment will cause such a ruckus.

In this case, the story came from inside the Vikings, so I don’t see how you can blame the media for reporting texts that sources had received, but then this turned out to be another one of the lies Favre pulls to get himself more attention and once again have people talk about how great he is.

The bottom line is, he’s been doing this exact sort of stuff since December 2006 and when he finally means that he is retiring, few will believe it unless he’s seriously hurt.  I mean, we all knew that the story was going to change this time around, the only shock is that it only took a day for it to flip.

HA….last year was the Vikings Year…..I don’t think they’ll go as far this year….maybe next year when you get McNabb, he will finally play with some consistency and no injuries….unless the Eagles D injures him in their game against the Redskins…which is very likely to happen….

Meanwhile, I see the Twins are in a commanding lead and I enjoy reading about Jim Thome’s success….the Phillies are on a streak, but the Braves keep managing to stay ahead….still, they’ve got the lead in the WC…..

And…JoePa is still alive and kicking….!
