Okay, it seems we are all Big 10 college football fans…we all know that John and many of you are gophers….I would think that there is an Iowa fan around here…perhaps a Nebraska Fan…..anyway…you don’t have to worry about the Nittany Lions this year…probably….although we have a true freshman quarterback slated to start which is very exciting and unheard of in this region…he must be really good.

As you know….Penn State is facing Alabama on Sat. night at 8pm…hopefully we won’t get crushed too bad….but…for some reason Jimmy and 4 friends decided that it was a good idea to get tickets to the game and drive to Alabama for the game…..which is just another thing I have to worry about….I think it’s about 15 hours from Happy Valley to Huntsville(I think that’s where Alabama is) and they’re staying at a Sorority House on Friday night….if I wasn’t a mom, I would think it sounds really fun…except he’s missing 2 days of classes whilst Kal, Katie and I eat rice and beans….

I don’t know where he got it in his head that you can just get in a car and drive to see something you love…....hopefully I won’t see him on national tv painted blue and looking like a fool…:)
