I have to highly recommend Union Hall in Brooklyn for anyone digging a real rocking show…it’s worth any length of trip you have to make…
I second the Union Hall recommendation and nominate the Tin Angel as another fine venue. Intimate and cozy and right up by the band. A great Wednesday night outing. It’ll probably inspire you to go the extra hour and a half to Brooklyn two nights later to witness the dark, dank beauty of Union hall for a later, more sweat-inducing show. That one’s a Friday, which is excellent scheduling. Thanks for that, Twilight Hours.
I’ll buy a beer for anyone who travels more than 150 miles to either show. You gotta figure out who I am, though.
If you buy me a beer for EACH 150 miles of travel then I am IN!
Enjoy the shows everyone!
I’ll buy you all beers if you come to vegas. What? Beer not enough?? I’ll buy you a kilo of cocaine! What will it TAKE for you?!?!? What do you NEED?!?!?!
VEGAS VEGAS VEGAS VEGAS VEGAS VEGAS VEGAS VEGAS VEGAS VEGAS VEGAS VEGAS VEGAS VEGAS
Hey, Boogie…I’ll take you up on that offer for sure! It’ll be a nice way to start the St. Patty’s Day festivities!
The Tin Angel/Union Hall setting really showcases the band in a completely different manner!
Robbie V, your tab is on me if you show up.
Kara was a given. My pleasure to buy those drinks!
What is the vibe like at the Tin Angel?
Good place to see the boys?
It’d be a long long drive for me.
Very laid-back and cozy….warm red tones in the room…tiny stage at the short end of a long narrow townhouse building…it’s more of a listening room than a boisterous rock and roll room….people are very well-behaved…
Twilights are on the Concert Calendar:
im gunna troll this place to death until I see these men perform dammit
